Montgomery County, PA

New this year all public bathing places located in Montgomery County will be required to submit an annual application of registration. This certificate of registration must be posted in a conspicuous place and is not transferable. If a change of ownership occurs the facility must apply for a new certificate of registration.

 

Montgomery County Health Department conducts operational inspections of public bathing places permitted by the PA Department of Health. Under the Pennsylvania’s Public Bathing Place Law it is unlawful to operate a public bathing place without first obtaining a permit from the PA Department of Health.
