Children's Dental Health Program
  
The Children's Dental Health Program provides FREE comprehensive dental services to low-income children in the Norristown and Pottstown Area School Districts.
 
Please contact the nurse at the school the child attends in Norristown or Pottstown and fill out the medical/dental history form and permission slip to participate in the program.
